ICSC, Redbook Sales Week Ending October 24

Sales are slowly coming off their bottom recently. According to the ICSC, chain store sales increased 0.1% for the week ending October 24 compared with a 0.2% gain previously. This was the index's fifth consecutive weekly increase. Warmer weather was reportedly a drag on sales in the week. Sales were reportedly stronger early in the week, a possible negative signal for this week's sales....
