Moody's Economy.com's Conferences provide insight on the planning issues, risks, and opportunities organizations face in today's economic climate. We specifically focus on macro, industry, regional, international, and topical subjects. Our conferences run the gamut from half-day sessions to our semi-annual Outlook Conferences.

Moody's Economy.com's Conferences provide insight on the planning issues, risks, and opportunities organizations face in today's economic climate. We specifically focus on macro, industry, regional, international, and topical subjects.

We offer two types of conferences, Outlook Conferences and Executive Briefings.

Outlook Conferences. Held semi-annually over two days, Moody's Economy.com's Outlook Conferences are the industry's premiere event. Participants come from across North America to hear our views and those of our guest speakers on the major issues facing corporations, governments, and financial advisers. The first day focuses on the U.S. and global economies and various U.S. industries and regional economies through a series of roundtables with Moody's Economy.com's senior staff. The U.S. Macro outlook is presented by Moody's Economy.com's Chief Economist Mark M. Zandi.

Prominent guest speakers offer their views on the outlook. The second day is devoted to topical issues, both domestic and global. Past topical issues have included the outlook for household finances, the commercial real estate outlook, the government fiscal outlook, consumer spending outlook, and outlook for single and multifamily housing.

Executive Briefings. Executive Briefings are half-day or full-day affairs. Approximately eight to 10 Executive Outlook Briefings are offered each year in major cities across the U.S. and in Canada(Toronto), and the U.K.(London). Executive Briefings include presentations on the U.S. Macro Outlook, U.S. Regional Outlook, and (depending on location) U.S. Industry Outlook and World Outlook.
