The series reside in the historical catalog (China » Real Estate » Residential » House Price Index » 2015=100) and include, for example:
- HPINMUM.ICHN_BE = House price index - new residential buildings, (Index prv. mo.=100, NSA) - for Beijing
- HPINZ2YUM.ICHN_BEI = New residential buildings by floor space, 90 to 144 square meters, (Index CPPY=100, NSA) - for Beihai
- HPIXUM.ICHN_ZUN = Existing residential building, (Index 2015=100, SA) - for Zunyi

Please be aware that
In September 2017, the dataset was rebased from 2010 to 2015, starting from January 2016. Subsequently, earlier history was appended, but using the 2010 base year. That is, NBS reports continuous series, but with a break at December 2015/January 2016. Based on experience, we do not expect this to change, and as a matter of policy, we republish "historical" series verbatim, whereas the task of imposing consistent definitions falls to our "estimated" series.
