The scope is new and existing buildings.  There are four concepts: Construction plots, single-family homes, units in multi-family buildings (i.e., dwellings) and entire multi-family buildings.  There are three index bases, two of them defunct but providing extended history.  Series are indexed to 2000, 2005 or 2010=100 and are not seasonally adjusted (NSA).  Geo coverage is the nation and 13 of 14 NUTS 3 areas.
