    3. long-term (above 5 years)

The data are presented at nominal value.

Moody's Analytics supplements

For the quarterly house price index, we construct seasonally adjusted counterparts for three geos (country, NUTS 1 Attiki, country excl. NUTS 1 Attiki) using X-13ARIMA-SEATS.

The data are provisional when first released and are revised in light of new information. In particular, the data of the last quarter of each year are usually finalized in the middle of the following year and are published in the Annual Budget Report and the State Balance Sheet (for both the data on central government debt and the data on State guarantees). Both reports are released in November and are available - in hard copy format and on CD (in Greek). The full text of the Annual Budget Report (in Greek), as well as a summary (in English) are available on the website of the General Accounting Office (http://mof-glk.gr).
