Motivation: Our pertinent national source for Thailand, the Ministry of Finance, publishes revenue, expenditure and balance ("net lending [+] / net borrowing [-]"), at a monthly frequency, starting (under current definitions) at October 2012. The data are subject to revisions, which we have overlooked. We variously enhance and supplement the as-reported series.

Response

1. Synchronized our extract, thereby revising the interval 2012m10 to 2019m8.
2. Recomputed our extensions.
3. Recomputed our SA supplements.
4. Recomputed our identities.

Properties: Apart from the start date for balance, properties are unchanged. Expect each SA series to be revised with each update.

Method

1. Extend as-reported revenue and expenditure over the interval 1991m1 to 2012m10 using their predecessors.
2. Extend balance over the same interval, using the identity (Revenue - Expenditure). 
3. Seasonally adjust the two extended series using the U.S. Census Bureau's X-13 ARIMA program.
4. Calculate SA balance using its identity.
