In response, we have archived the predecessors (base 2010, January 2010 to June 2017) by renaming with an "_10" specifier, by marking metadata as "discontinued", and by segregating in the catalog. The replacements (base 2015) start at January 2015. The classification is MIG over NACE Rev. 2. Figures are not seasonally adjusted (NSA).
The turnover (sales) series reside in the historical catalog (Portugal » Industry » Turnover index) and include, for example:
- TNIIDTT_10UM.IPRT = [DISCONTINUED] Turnover index in industry - Total, (Index 2010=100, NSA)
- TNITTUM.IPRT = Turnover: All industries, (Index 2015=100, NSA)
The labor series reside in (Portugal » Labor and wages » Employment index | Wage index | Working hours), for example:
- LWIIDIG_10UM.IPRT = [DISCONTINUED] Employment index - Intermediate goods, (Index 2010=100, NSA)
- LWIEMIGUM.IPRT = Employment index - Intermediate goods, (Index 2015=100, NSA)
- LWIWGCGDD_10UM.IPRT = [DISCONTINUED] Wage index - Consumer durables, (Index 2010=100, NSA)
- LWIWGCDGUM.IPRT = Wage index - Consumer durables, (Index 2015=100, NSA)
- LWIHWENG_10UM.IPRT = [DISCONTINUED] Working hours index - Energy, (Index 2010=100, NSA)
- LWIHWENGUM.IPRT = Working hours index - Energy, (Index 2015=100, NSA)
Because catalog locations are subject to change, the upper-right search box on DataBuffet.com provides a "find in catalog" mode that accepts a mnemonic.
Please be aware that
We have standardized select replacement mnemonics. Legacy retrievals will now elicit the "series not found" error. You will need to compile a new basket from the catalog.
For the labor indexes, we have base years 2000, 2005, 2010 and 2015.
