New Models

Moody's Analytics has expanded its global country forecast coverage by adding eight new country models. Forecast mnemonic concepts are consistent between countries. In addition to the baseline forecast, standard alternative scenarios (S0, S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S8) are available. Country forecasts are updated on a monthly basis. The new countries are: Bahrain, Cambodia, Kuwait, Laos, Myanmar, Oman, Qatar, and Vietnam.

Geographic Aggregates

•  Additions:
• IASEA: Association of Southeast Asian Nations (contains 9 of the 10 ASEAN countries)
• Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam
• IGCCO: Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)
• Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
• Deletions: Due to diminished relevance, the following geographic aggregates have been removed from the Global Forecast Aggregates database:
• ILAM3: Latin America 3 (Brazil, Chile and Mexico)
• IEU25: European Union 25 (EU 15 + 10 New Members)
