The source states:

Symbol “-“ no occurrence is not equivalent to zero. “-“ no occurrence means that the occurrence can’t even occur or can’t be calculated due to the lack of data. 0 means that there wasn't occurence in that year which doesn't mean that there won't be occurrence in the following years.

In response, we have deleted these series from Data Buffet. Future attempts to retrieve using these mnemonics will elicit the "series not found" message.
