Our national source in Latvia has changed its methodology for construction, and has terminated its reporting of completions of new residential buildings and apartments. In response, we have:

1. Ceased to update our estimated series.
2. Marked their individual metadata and shared catalog entry as discontinued.

Dataset properties:

• Measurement: Thousands of square meters (Ths. m²)
• Adjustment: Seasonally adjusted at an annualized rate (SAAR)
• Dates: 1996Q1 to 2016Q4
• Geo coverage: All six NUTS 3 areas, Riga metropolitan area

The series reside in the historical catalog (Latvia » Real Estate » Residential » Stage of construction » Completions » Moody's Analytics Estimated) and include, for example:

• RHCMPRQ.ILVA_RGA  = [DISCONTINUED] Housing completions, (Ths. m², SAAR) - for Riga
• RHCMPRQ.ILVA_MRGA = [DISCONTINUED] for Riga metropolitan area
