Motivation: For Australia, we obtain a house price index from CoreLogic Australia. It is reported using a base year of 31 December 2009, and only in current-price (nominal) terms.

Response: For international consistency, we (a) rebased the series to our common base year (2010), and (b) produced a constant-price (real, deflated) version.
