Service Advisory: U.S. office closure - Presidents Day [Feb. 2017]
Wednesday, 15 Feb 2017 17:35 ET
By Michele Musacchio
Summary
February 13, 2017 -- To observe Presidents Day, the Moody's Analytics U.S. offices will be closed on Monday, February 20, 2017. Some Data Buffet services will be curtailed; support alternatives are described below.
Detail

Releases will be monitored by our data teams in Prague and Sydney, and we will strive to ensure that all key data updates (U.S. and international) are processed during this interval, subject to holiday postponements or interruptions by individual sources. Advance schedules and daily notes may be viewed in Mnemonic 411, on the Calendar tab.

Chat support via LiveHelp! will be available during the hours of the Sydney and Prague offices (UTC+10 and UTC+1, respectively). You may also email questions to [email protected]. DataBuffet.com and related web sites will remain available for your self-service use.

Self-service tips

Do you have a question about a time series -- its units, definition, schedule or news items? Check Mnemonic 411 first! (See also: introductory FAQ.) Among other features, Mnemonic 411 provides series-specific release calendars with optional notes. One way to access this resource is by using the search-cluster in the upper-right corner of the web site (not the box on the left-hand Search tab): Enter the mnemonic, select "Mnemonic 411" from the adjacent dropdown box, then press "go." In the resulting pop-up window, switch to the "Calendar" tab.

By attaching a "schedule and delivery" to a basket, it will run and transmit its output on a fixed schedule or upon changes to one or more trigger series. To configure, use the "Schedules" button in the basket editor and follow the prompts. (See also: automated retrievals.)
