In response, we have archived the predecessor series (NES 14, as early as 1990 to 2009) by renaming with a "_07" specifier and marking as "discontinued." The replacements (NAF Rev. 2) start at 2008.

Please note that:

• Predecessor and replacement figures are in millions of euros (Mil. EUR).
• Predecessor series exist across 15 sectors (including total) and 24 geographies.
• Replacement series exist across 21 sectors (including total) and 25 geographies.
• Classification NAF Rev. 2 is the localization of NACE Rev.2 and supersedes NES 14.

Additionally, we have standardized the replacement concept codes. Continued use of an old mnemonic will elicit the "series not found" error. In particular, nominal GVA (a.k.a. GDP production approach) is now denoted by the prefix "NALSGVA·". Whenever possible, we harmonize concept codes to facilitate wild card retrieval across countries and subnational areas.
