The source wrote, in part (citation):

• When the accounts for the first and third quarters are compiled, the statistics for the preceding quarter only are adjusted.
• When the accounts are compiled for the last quarter, data are adjusted for the previous two years at the most.
• When accounts for the second quarter are compiled, all the previous periods for which the underlying data have changed are adjusted.

In response, we have:

1. Archived the predecessors (2003Q1 to 2019Q1) by renaming with an "_19" specifier, marking metadata as "discontinued", and segregating in the catalog.
2. Created one-for-one replacements, where possible.
