1. Archived the predecessors (currency reference year 2006, 1996 to 2017) by renaming with an "_06" specifier, by marking the metadata as "discontinued", and by segregating in the catalog.
2. Archived the corresponding current-price series, which may have been subject to other revisions at this juncture.
3. Created one-for-one replacements (ref 2013)
