[...] second-hand dwellings prices indices are now published in a new version. Their elaboration is based on a revised and improved method of calculation. The scope has been extended to the overseas departments and is now France (excluding Mayotte). This new method is applied from the revised publication of Q1 2018. The reference is from now on the average in 2015 (against T1 2010 until the publication of T1 2018).

In response, we have:

1. Archived the predecessors (2010=100, 1994Q1 to 2018Q1) by renaming with an "_10" specifier, marking metadata as "discontinued", and segregating in the catalog.
2. Created one-to-one replacements (2015=100).
3. Created the newly-added reporting areas and detail.
4. Assigned standard mnemonics to the replacements.
