In a direct communication, the source described a change in methodology:
- Before: New residential buildings and reconstruction as dwellings are counted. The description was “Housing and Construction: Completions – Total Space”.
- After: Only new residential buildings are counted. The description is “Real estate: Total area of buildings put into service [completions] - New - Residential”.
In response, we have:
