1. Archived the predecessors (2011=100, January 1982 to February 2018) by renaming with an "_11" specifier, by marking metadata as "discontinued", and by segregating in the catalog.
2. Created one-for-one replacements (2016=100), which have an unchanged start date.
3. Added the remaining reported series.
4. Assigned standardized mnemonics to the replacements.
5. Refurbished the catalog.
