1. Archived the predecessors (2010=100, January 1978 to September 2018) by renaming with an "_10" specifier, marking the metadata as "discontinued", and segregating in the catalog.
2. Created one-for-one replacements (2015=100).
3. Added 608 newly-reported detail series.
4. Refurbished metadata on both predecessor and replacement subsets.
5. Back-extended the headline IPI and operating ratio (IPITTAM.IJPN and IPIORMFAM.IJPN) over the interval January 1978 to December 2012.
