The 17 discontinued (2000=100) series are still available in DataBuffet.com, but have been renamed (with a "00" specifier) and marked. They run from January 1995 to December 2008.
The 17 replacement (2005=100) series begin in January 1995. Because they are one-to-one replacements, you do not need to edit your baskets. However, the index change may require a change in interpretation.
The four new index series begin in January 2005. All 21 series are not seasonally adjusted (NSA).
