An error was discovered in which the December state house price indexes were included in the January release of the state baseline forecast. This affects the FHFA all-transactions index, NAR single-family median home price index, and affordability index. 

No other series are affected by this change. This includes other housing-related forecasts, such as permits, starts, and completions, all of which were correct in the original baseline. Also note that Case-Shiller forecasts were unaffected by this issue.

The forecast for all states and regional aggregates (i.e., CWER, CMAC) has been updated.
