The FSO has recently allocated a new code for this area, although its boundaries have not changed. In response, we have replaced our geo code IDEU_142 with IDEU_146.  All subnational series with mnemonics using geo code IDEU_142 have been renamed, and legacy retrievals will now elicit "series not found" errors.
