The source, Russia Federal State Statistics Service, has migrated the base year for the indexes (NSA and SA) from 2009 to 2010.  We have archived the prior data (January 2000 to December 2012) by renaming (with specifier of "-09-") and marking as discontinued.  The replacement series start at January 2012 and have assumed the established names.

The series reside in the historical catalog (Russia » Industry » Gross Industrial Production Index).
