In the EU regulation, it is foreseen that members states [when moving from ESA 95 to ESA 2010] revise their series back until 1995. By 2016, we had not finalised the revision from 1995-1999, which we did recently especially the previous year price series and chained values series. In addition to that, we had some open points to address for the years up to 2010 and we found during the revisions some issues which we correct[ed].

This alludes to the first phase of ESA 2010 changes performed during 2015 and previously documented in Data Buffet News. In this second phase, the start dates of all 264 quarterly and 167 annual series have changed from 2000Q1 to 1995Q1 and 2000 to 1995, respectively. Other properties are unchanged: Figures are millions of nominal (Mil. EUR) or chained year-2010 euros (Mil. Ch. 2010 EUR). Quarterly figures have two presentations, seasonally adjusted (SA) or not (NSA). For the GDP(O) portion, the activities classification is NACE Rev. 2 with scope A to U.
