There was no explanatory press release, but the redefinition is apparent in the data files.

In response, we have:

1. Archived the predecessors (ISIC Rev. 3, 2013Q1 to 2018Q4) by marking them as "discontinued" in their metadata, renaming with an "_I3" archive specifier, and segregating in the catalog.
2. Created replacements (ISIC Rev. 4, from 2013Q1).
3. Refurbished the catalog
