Motivation: Our pertinent national source, Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBT), produces an HPI, and has recently advanced its base year from 2010 to 2017, among other methodology changes.

Response: For our quarterly estimated HPI, we have incorporated the revised data. For international consistency our estimates use a uniform base year of 2010, which has not changed.
