Motivation: Our national source, the Philippine Statistics Authority, reports employment share by industry, quarterly, not seasonally adjusted, with ragged start dates.
Response: For international consistency and analytic convenience, Moody's Analytics now estimates employment levels by industry, quarterly, seasonally adjusted, for 19 industries, with a uniform start date across industries. We also produce the three A*3 aggregates plus our three special industry aggregates (retail, warehouse-using, office-using).
