Motivation: The source reports new registrations of passenger cars (a.k.a. new registrations), but only in not seasonally adjusted (NSA) terms.
Response: For analytical consistency, we have calculated a seasonally adjusted (SA) counterpart.
Properties: Aside from the adjustment, properties are otherwise identical, i.e., figures are unitary count (#) and the series starts at January 1992. Expect our calculated SA series to be revised with each update. Supplemental series of this kind are identified by a secondary source citation of "Moody's Analytics Adjusted".
The series resides in the historical catalog (Sweden » Consumer » Vehicle registrations) and is:

Method: Adjust the series using the U.S. Census Bureau's X-13 ARIMA program.
