In accordance with the Methodological Regulations for the calculation of indicators of money incomes and expenditures of the population, approved by the order of Rosstat of 2 July 2014 No. 465 with changes from 6 November 2014 No. 680, the source presents three new quarterly series.
In response, we have:
- Archived the predecessors (three monthly, two quarterly) by renaming with an "_18" specifier, marking metadata as "discontinued", and segregating in the catalog.
- Created three replacements (quarterly, start as early as 2013Q1) with standardized mnemonics.
The series reside in the historical catalog (Russia » Income » Personal income) and include, for example:
- LWLY%P_18UM.IRUS = [DISCONTINUED] Income: Average income per capita, (RUB, NSA)
- YNLY%PUQ.IRUS = Income: Average income per capita, (RUB, NSA)
- YNIY%PYUQ.IRUS = Income: Average income per capita, (Index CPPY=100, NSA)

The replacement series have concept codes with the YN· prefix, which is our newest standard for income measures. Prefix LW· pertains to other employment and wage data.
