The reference file is an Excel workbook with separate sheets for each geo type in Norway, tabulating the location name and Data Buffet geo code. These are local definitions, and the geo types are:
- Region
- County
- Economic region
- Municipality

Please note that between these vintages, other minor changes have occurred at the municipality level.
Attached is a complete list of changes that have occurred at the four geo levels between vintages 2002, 2006, 2018 and 2019.
