Because we were unable to verify the values of our existing extract (179 quarterly series) we deleted and replaced them outright (202 new quarterly series). The classification is the Harmonized System (HS), and we embed the HS branch code in the "description" metadata field. Figures are U.S. dollars (USD) not seasonally adjusted (NSA). All series start at 2009Q1.
For a comprehensive list of the deleted series, please consult the attachment. Deleted series appear in col C, and replacements in col D. Cells highlighted in red are duplicates; due to the coding of the source's data file (in which a single four-digit HS code may be listed under several broad headings), we had erroneously read multiple reported series into single Data Buffet series. This overhaul prevents that possibility by encoding the broad heading in our concept code.
The active series reside in the historical catalog (United States » Trade » Bureau of Statistics and Plans - Exports & Imports - Guam » Exports) and include, for example:
