In this section Statistics Portugal presents the new series of Regional Branch Accounts, with 2016 as benchmark year.

Due to the new benchmark in National Accounts based in 2016, the recent Regional Accounts published only cover years 2016 to 2018. During the first semester of 2020 full series will be released. At some point this year, the series will have more history added.
In response, we have:
- Archived the predecessors by renaming with an "_16" specifier, marking metadata as discontinued, and segregating in the catalog.
- Created one-for-one replacement series.
