1. Discontinued series for old Bio-Bio region (ICHL_BI) after results for 2018m9.
2. Created one-for-one replacements for new Bio-Bio region (ICHL_BO). Added "break in geo" notation to their "source" metadata.
3. Created series for the new Ñuble region (ICHL_NU).
