Motivation: Our pertinent national source, the Philippine Statistics Authority, reports the four labor force status measures for the National Capital Region (NCR), at a quarterly frequency, but with inconsistent definitions across their history and in not seasonally adjusted terms.
Response: For analytic convenience, we have estimated the labor force status quartet for the NCR, performing a break adjustment so that current definitions apply over the entire history, and in seasonally adjusted terms.
