Scope of change:
1. We have made the following systematic changes to concept codes, to (a) differentiate the two age-scopes, and (b) harmonize at the national and subnational geo-levels.
If you have a legacy basket or other retrievals, existing references will now return "series not found" errors. You will need to edit the basket to use the amended mnemonics; to assist, the basket editor includes a "find and replace" tool.

2. At the same time, we have improved metadata on active series.
- We have learned that the series are computed as year-to-date moving averages (see background page), so added the symbol "MA" to the unit-descriptors.
- Deleted geography names from the description metadata. (This function is served by the geo code.)
- Otherwise updated description metadata to current standards.
