1. Discontinued predecessor pairs (1993 to 2017) by marking their metadata as discontinued.
2. Created one-for-two replacements, which start at 2018.

The counties of Nord-Trøndelag and Sør-Trøndelag have been combined into one area (Trøndelag) This geographic redefinition applies to the geo codes:

• INOR_NTR = Nord-Trøndelag
• INOR_STR = Sør-Trøndelag
• INOR_TRN = Trøndelag
