The FHFA House Price Index uses a repeat-sales methodology, in which the first member of a sales pair might be a new or existing structure, and the second member must be an existing structure. The phrase "new and existing buildings" is therefore superfluous.
We have made changes to both the historical-verbatim and Moody's Analytics historical-estimated series. The changes include, where necessary:

The changes are visible in all subsystems that display metadata. Schedules that use these series as triggers will have executed, since a series timestamp is reset by any change to its mnemonic, metadata or values. Otherwise, you will see the change when you next execute a basket.
