In response, we have:

1. Renamed our existing 2000-base series with an "_00" specifier.
2. Created a series for the new 2010-base indicator, which is reported from January 2011.
3. Extended the new series back to January 1992.
4. Transplanted our global concept alias CPI.IRUS to the new series.
5. Redefined our seasonally adjusted supplement from 2000-base to 2010-base.

The series reside in the historical catalog (Russia » Prices » Consumer price index) and are:

• CPITT_00UM.IRUS = Consumer price index, (2000=100, NSA)
• CPITTUM.IRUS    = Consumer price index, (2010=100, NSA)
• CPITTAM.IRUS    = Consumer price index, (2010=100, SA)
