Motivation: The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), reports education and healthcare (NAICS industries 61 and 62) employment for Oshkosh-Neenah, WI (geo code IUSA_MOSH), but only in not seasonally adjusted (NSA) terms.
Response: For analytical consistency, we have created seasonally adjusted (SA) counterparts.
