The Commercial Rents Services Price Index ("CRSPI") computed by Statistics Canada is the average monthly change in areal rent (rent price per square foot) for a sample of commercial lessors in Canada, defined as NAICS 531120 ("lessors of non-residential property in Canada, engaged in the provision of space to others for rent" which excludes rental space used as a dwelling or mini-warehouse). It is produced by program 5123, part of the Services Producer Price Index program (SPPI); the variants are recorded in tables 332-0001, -0011, -0012 and -0013 at CANSIM.

The dataset has two active series (indexed to 2011=100, start at January 2006) and two defunct series (2006=100, January 2006 to September 2013). The series are not seasonally adjusted (NSA).
