After a five-year hiatus, the source has resumed reporting these indicators.
In response, we have:
- Archived the 17 predecessors (1997=100, 1994m1 to 2013m9) by renaming with an "_97" specifier, marking metadata as "discontinued", and segregating in the catalog.
- Created replacements (2007=100, 37 series from 2007m1).
- Added value index (2007=100, 37 series from 2007m1).
- For history, added predecessors of IPI by value (17 defunct series, 1997m1 to 2013m9).
- Synchronized our SA supplements for the general index (two series).
- Refurbished the catalog.

Conventionally, industrial production is deflated, which is a "volume index".
Previously we only harvested the industrial production index by volume and named them using the prefix "IPI·". Now that we harvest both volume and value, we differentiate mnemonics with IPJ· and IPI·, respectively, and similarly with their unit-descriptors.
