• Updated the citation in the source metadata.
• Truncated the time series to January 1999. It previously started at April 1997, but those values were for kroon (EEK)-denominated loans, since that interval predates the euro.

The series resides in the historical catalog (Estonia » Financial » Interest rates » Mortgage rates) and is:

Please be aware that:

• The euro was inaugurated in January 1999, and Estonia acceded to the euro zone  January 2011. For consistency, the series has been converted by the source to EUR terms from 1999.
• In comparing series from Statistics Estonia table RS15 and Bank of Estonia table 3.7.3 we have observed an anomaly. The single series reported by Statistics Estonia appears to conflate two separate loan purposes. This does not affect Data Buffet since it predates our extract.
