Motivation: The euro- and dollar-valued estimates contain three years of non-meaningful data (zero or ND values) prior to 1993, because that is the start of the exchange rate series with which we convert from the hryvnia-valued estimate.
Response: We have deleted the periods from 1989Q1 to 1992Q4. All other values and properties are unchanged.
