The capacity utilization rate is a percentage, but is reported as part of the Encuesta Mensual de la Industria Manufacturera (EMIM), which has been reweighted and rebased to 2013.

In response, we have:

1. Archived the predecessor (reported 2007m1 to 2019m2) by renaming with an "_19" specifier, by marking their metadata as "discontinued", and by segregating in the catalog.
2. Replaced the series.
3. Extended to 1998m1.
4. Synchronized our SA supplement.
