Because of a boundary shift (full explanation linked below), two NUTS 3-level areas were redefined; that is, two entries in NUTS 2013 were replaced by two entries in NUTS 2016.

In response, we have:

1. Discontinued the predecessors (NUTS 2013, 2013 to 2016) by marking the description metadata as "discontinued".
2. Added replacements (NUTS 2016) that start at 2013.

All other properties are unchanged.

The series reside in the historical catalog (Finland » Industry » Turnover by industry » From 2013) and include, for example:

• TNLMFUA.IFIN_POP = [DISCONTINUED] Turnover: Manufacturing [C], (Ths. EUR) - for NUTS 2013 North Ostrobothnia
• TNLAFUA.IFIN_PPO = Agriculture; forestry and fishing [A] - for NUTS 2016 North Ostrobothnia
• TNLSOUA.IFIN_KNU = Other service activities [S] - for Kainuu
• TNLTUA.IFIN      = All industries
