In response, we have archived the predecessors (2010=100, 2008Q1 to 2016Q1) by renaming with an "_10" specifier (and otherwise standardizing), by marking metadata as "discontinued" and by segregating in the catalog. The one-for-one replacements (2015=100) start at 2010Q1. Figures are not seasonally adjusted (NSA).

The series reside in the historical catalog (Malta » Real Estate » Residential » Property Price Index » Quarterly) and include, for example:

• HPIRAMUL_10UQ.IMLT  = [DISCONTINUED] Property Price Index: All properties, (2010=100, NSA)
• HPIRAMULUQ.IMLT     = Property Price Index: All properties, (2015=100, NSA)

Please be aware that:

• The "property volume index" measures the number ("volume") of sales. It is not a "volume index of prices," i.e., inflation-adjusted.
• We have renamed the discontinued series (2005=100, 2010=100) to correct their meaning. The series are not seasonally adjusted (NSA) but had been erroneously using the "A" concept code specifier. To retrieve these series, you will need to amend your baskets.
