The source has changed the base year for industrial production indexes (NSA and SA) from 2008 to 2009, and truncated them to January 2011.  We have archived the prior data (January 2000 to December 2011) by renaming (with specifier of "-08-") and marking as discontinued.  Replacements have assumed the established names.
