Types of changes
- Reconstitute series by arithmetic identity rather than harvest directly, for reasons of schedule
- Expand our harvest to include all reported areas, including special areas ("unknown" and "outside country")
- Rename select series so that special areas are represented by the geo code, which standardizes the concept code
- Rename series for international consistency
