The source's changes are:

1. Redefined the "Employment: All sectors" aggregate.
• Before: Industry, construction, market services
• Now: The above, plus agriculture, non-market goods/services
• LWQE2TAQ = LWQE2IDAQ + LWQE2CNAQ + LWQE2MMSXAQ + LWQE2AFAQ + LWQE2PHAQ
2. Added the national geo aggregate "France excluding Mayotte", defined as all domestic and four of five overseas departments (DOMs) excluding Mayotte.

In response, we have:

1. Archived "Employment: All activities" and series using NUTS 2016 geo codes (2001Q4 to 2017Q4) by renaming with the specifier "_17", marking metadata as discontinued, and segregating in the catalog.
2. Created one-for-one replacements with INSEE 2018 geo codes.
3. Added two new concept codes:
• LWQE2AFAQ = Labor: Employment - Agriculture (Ths. #, SA)
• LWQE2PHAQ = Labor: Employment - Non-market services (Ths. #, SA)
4. Added four overseas departments:
• IFRA_GU = Guadeloupe
• IFRA_MQ = Martinique 
• IFRA_FG = French Guyana
• IFRA_RE = Reunion
5. Added the "France excluding Mayotte DOM" national aggregate geo:
• IFRA_XMY = France excl. Mayotte
6. Refurbished the metadata of LWQE2TAQ.
