Changes to model inputs

Inputs to the Moody's Analytics forecast models encompass both historical verbatim datasets and Moody's Analytics historical estimates. Changes include both choice of series and revisions to series. 

• Argentina - CPI has been rebased to 2016, impacting FCPIQ.IARG.
• Ireland - Quarterly national accounts have been re-referenced from 2015 to 2016 and otherwise revised.
• Ireland - To estimate quarterly retail sales, changed our source from Eurostat to CSO, impacting FRTSALESLQ.IIRL and FRTSALESL$Q.IIRL.
• Netherlands - Quarterly national accounts have been re-referenced from 2010 to 2015 and otherwise revised.
• Peru - Substantial revisions from the World Bank, impacting the unemployment rate FLBRQ.IPER.
• Philippines - Rebased CPI from 2006 to 2012, impacting FCPIQ.IPHL.
• Romania - For interest rate on long-term government debt, changed our source from IMF to ECB, impacting FRGT10Y.IROU.
• Thailand - Government finances have been restated under GFS 2014, impacting FGGEXPTOTLQ.ITHA, FGGREVTOTLQ.ITHA and FGGBBLQ.ITHA.
